Nei primi 3 mesi del 2024 la nuova produzione degli operatori associati ad Assifact, Assilea e Assofin si consolida con un +0,3% rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2023.
I diversi comparti mostrano tuttavia dinamiche differenti:
- moderata crescita del turnover per il factoring;
- in calo la performance del leasing a causa del ritardo nell’attuazione del Piano transizione 5.0;
- lieve flessione del credito alle famiglie, per effetto della contrazione dei mutui immobiliari, mentre è in ripresa il credito al consumo.
Nel 2023, nonostante lo scenario caratterizzato da elevata incertezza per il perdurare delle tensioni geopolitiche a livello internazionale e il mantenimento delle politiche monetarie restrittive da parte delle banche centrali, la nuova produzione, pari a 398,6 miliardi di euro, ha registrato solo una leggera riduzione (-1,5% sull’anno precedente), mostrando la propria resilienza nel sostegno all’economia del Paese e garantendo servizi sempre più versatili, innovativi ed efficaci a supporto delle esigenze finanziarie di imprese e famiglie. Anche nel 2023 abbiamo dinamiche disomogenee in ciascun settore: mentre il credito alle famiglie registra una contrazione (-13,2%), per via del calo dei mutui immobiliari e della crescita zero del credito al consumo, il factoring chiude l’anno in lieve aumento (+0,9%). L’incremento dei volumi riscontrato nel settore leasing risulta invece più marcato rispetto agli altri comparti (+8,8%).
Il 65% dei flussi totali di credito è stato veicolato dagli operatori specializzati, il 35% dalle banche generaliste.
L’attività complessiva rappresenta il 19,1% del PIL.
